FCC Provides Guidance to USAC on E-rate Competitive Bidding Rules and FCC Form 470 Drop-Down Menu
Today, the FCC provided guidance to USAC on the E-rate competitive bidding rules for funding year 2020.
The guidance is the same as for funding year 2019. In addition, the FCC released a Public Notice notifying applicants that it will not make any changes to the Form 470 until funding year 2022. The FCC expects USAC to release the funding year 2021 FCC Form 470 on July 1, 2020. Applicants may begin the competitive bidding process as soon as the form is released.
