FCC announces highest-ever USF contribution factor: 26.5% for 3Q 2020

The Commission today released a Public Notice increasing the contribution factor to 26.5% for the third quarter 2020.  Last quarter, the factor was 19.6%.  This is the highest contribution factor the Commission has adopted to date.
