WCB Extends RHC Application Filing Window

On March 3, 2022, the Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB) released an Order extending the Rural Healthcare Program deadline for filing Funding Year 2022 applications to June 1, 2022.

WBC also extended the deadline for USAC to file the RHC Program gross demand estimate to August 1, 2022, rather than 30 days before the start of funding year 2022.  Finally, WCB instructed USAC to determine the amount of unused funding from previous funding years available to carry forward to the current funding year in the third quarter of 2022, rather than the second quarter.
