REMINDER: FCC Form 499-A Due April 1

The FCC Form 499-A is due on April 1, 2023.  It will be available in E-File on March 1, 2023. 

All telecom carriers and interconnected VoIP providers must annually report on the Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet (Form 499-A) the revenues they receive from offering service.  The April 1 filing must report actual earned revenues for calendar year 2022.  The 2023 Worksheet instructions can be found here.
