FY2023 Regulatory Fees Due Sept. 20 from Interstate Telecom Providers

The Federal Communications Commission (Commission) released a public notice on August 28, 2023, announcing that the regulatory fee payments are due on September 20, 2023. 

Payments are to be made in CORES, the Commission Registration System.  The Commission also released the following:

 ·      Fact Sheet on amounts owed from interstate telecommunications service providers

·       Payment Methods and Procedures

·       Procedures for filing requests for waiver, reduction, deferral, and installment payment

·       Fact sheet on regulatory fee exemptions
