RHC Program Extended Invoice Filing Deadline is Feb. 25

In the Rural Health Care (RHC) Program, the Commission aligned the invoice filing deadline for the Healthcare Connect Fund (HCF) and the Telecommunications (Telecom) Programs to October 28, 2023 in FCC Order 19-78. 

Participants who sought an extension of that deadline for funding year 2022 have until February 25, 2024 to submit invoices.  Prior year multi-year commitments for the HCF Program may also have an invoice filing deadline of February 25, 2024.  You can verify your invoice filing deadline using USAC’s RHC Invoicing Deadline Tool. 

The HCF invoice form (FCC Form 463) must be submitted by the health care provider and approved by the service provider before this deadline.  In the Telecom program, applicants must submit the Connection Certification Form (FCC Form 467) before the service provider can submit the Telecom Invoice to USAC.
