FCC Adopts E-Rate Eligible Services List; E-Rate FY 2026 Filing Window Will Be Open From Jan. 21 to April 1

On December 17, 2025, the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (the Bureau) released the E-Rate Eligible Services List (ESL) for Funding Year 2026.

The Bureau adopted the changes to the internal connections and basic maintenance of internal connections (BMIC) that it proposed in its September 30 public notice.

In addition, USAC announced that the FY 2026 FCC Form 471 Application filing window will open on January 21, 2026, at noon E.T. and will close on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. E.T. The last day to post an FCC Form 470 and wait the minimum 28 day period is March 4, 2026. EPC profiles will be locked on January 16, 2026, before the opening of the window.
