FCC Receives Nearly $1.3 Billion in Second Round ECF Funding Requests

On October 25, 2021, the FCC announced that it had received nearly $1.3 billion in funding requests in the second application filing window of the $7.17 billion Emergency Connectivity Fund Program.

More than $5 billion in funding requests were received in the first window. That is a total of approximately $6.3 billion out of the total $7.17 billion appropriated for the program. To date, USAC has committed $2,632,195,122.16 in program funding to ECF applicants.
