REMINDER: FY 2022 HCF Annual Report Due September 30, 2023

Pursuant to FCC Order 19-78, all Healthcare Connect Fund (HCF) participants, both individual and consortia, must submit an annual report to USAC using the provided Excel template.  

The completed reports should be emailed to RHC-Outreach@usac.org by September 30, 2023.
