July 1 is RHC Telecom Program Invoice Deadline for FY2019 and Earlier Funding Years
In its April RHC newsletter, USAC reminded Telecom program participants that the Commission established a deadline of July 1, 2024, to submit invoices for FY2019 and earlier.
Those funding years never had a codified deadline for invoice submissions. Telecom participants should submit their requests in My Portal. After July 1, 2024, outstanding commitment balances will be de-obligated and returned to the Universal Service Fund.
