FCC Initiated Cybersecurity Pilot Program

The FCC initiated a pilot program that would pay for some cybersecurity services for schools and libraries at its open meeting today.  The pilot program would operate outside of the E-rate program. 

The draft Report and Order was released in advance of the meeting, but the final version may be different.  The Commission is expected to release the final order within a few days, and we will summarize that order when it is released.
