REMINDER: July 1 is Rural Health Care Telecom Program Invoice Deadline for Funding Year 2019 and Earlier

In its April RHC newsletter, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) reminded Telecom program participants that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) established a deadline of July 1, 2024, to submit invoices for FY2019 and earlier. 

Those funding years never had a codified deadline for invoice submissions.  Telecom participants should submit their requests in My Portal.  After July 1, 2024, outstanding commitment balances will be de-obligated and returned to the Universal Service Fund.
